We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry companions! Below is our pet policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents and their pets:
General Guidelines
- Pet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment/home is allowed.
Fees and Rent
- Pet Fee: A one-time $350.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet.
- Pet Rent: $30.00 per pet, per month will be added to your rent.
Breed and Weight Restrictions
- No Breed Restrictions: All breeds are welcome in our community.
- Weight Restrictions: There are no weight restrictions for pets.
Additional Requirements
- Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
- Pet behavior must be appropriate for community living. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property may result in additional fees or the removal of the pet from the premises.
