Just moved into Capital Flats Apartment complex and it went incredibly smooth. No problems getting in and out the building and the surrounding area. Jason was a great help in getting everything prepared and answering any question I had for my move in and I am sure he will continue to act in this helpful manner. Apartments have a nice feel to them and lots of storage space for belongings. I am extremely pleased with my choice of living.

I have lived at Capital Flats for 2 years now and will definitely continue to do so when my renewal comes in June. Ryan Todd the operations manager has been amazing and a huge help with any question or concerns I have had. The community has improved a lot since the change in management last year and I am happy to call this property my home :)
